Not all modules come to life on first try! Modules that fail to pass through the Quality Control and Calibration station eventually meet with Devin at the Re-Work station. Here he provides the tender loving care necessary to push them through the Quality Control and Calibration station. In these photos Devin checks a failed calibration and removes solder from a failed part.

Once modules have passed the Quality Control and Calibration station they take a short ride atop the BLUE CART and arrive at the final stage of the Make Noise production line. Here modules are inspected one last time for any cosmetics errors, cleaned, serialized, secured in anti-static wrap and packaged into hand stamped white boxes.

In these photos Alfonso packs some FUNCTION modules and prepares some white boxes with serial numbers.

Before any of the above mention production line activities will occur, a module must be designed, prototyped and beta tested. These steps are repeated numerous times before a module put into production. Here Tony bread boards an analog sub-circuit to test before adding it into the design via his CAD software.
