Korg today unveiled a new 37-key portable synthesizer. Based on the same DSP synthesis engine as the MS-2000 (referred to as it's "big brother") it offers modeling synthesis, vocoding, real-time control (plenty of knobs in other words), effects and external audio processing. Following on from the success of the Novation K-Station it looks as if mini analog style is making a bit of a comeback - anyone remeber the Micro synth? We'll be popping around to the Korg stand to have a good look at this new synth - we'll try to get some audio up too. Expected RRP: $500. Available October We'll be posting more on this once we have the info Stay tuned
