Access launch web-based support chat room      23/05/03
It's a good idea this, having a dialog with a live expert, greatly enhances the support process and not only that, it's a lot cheaper than a phone call! Access have just opened their online chat facility, offering support during buisness hours (9am-6pm European time). Instead of offering standard telephone and email based customer support only, a dedicated chat room has been opened to assist users live. Marc Schlaile, product director of Access Music says: "We always received a very enthusiastic user feedback on our customer support. The new chat will reduce the response time to an email support enquiry from a couple of hours to a couple of seconds. We are working on 24/7 live support but for now we only can guarantee the presence of a product supporter within our standard business hours". The chat room can be found here:
