Legendary Black Sabbath guitarist, Tony Iommi, considered by many to be the #1 heavy metal guitarist of all time, has a new signature model guitar courtesy of Epiphone. The Tony Iommi G-400 Signature model has the style and features of an SG with a solid mahogany body and 24-fret slim taper mahogany neck. It comes in an Ebony finish with mother of pearl cross fingerboard inlays and features Gibson USA Tony Iommi pickups coupled with black chrome hardware.
Iommi spent the early part of 2004 in the studio working on solo projects. He and the 3 other members of the original Black Sabbath line-up reunited for the US 2004 Ozzfest Summer Tour as the headline act.
