Small Scottish company Camel Audio made quite a stir with Cameleon 5000 which we spotted at MusikMesse 2004, CamelPhat, and the recently released CamelSpace, filmed here at MusikMesse 2005. Well, they haven't been resting on their laurels, and have announced the release of updates - CamelSpace v1.1 and CamelPhat v3.1. "The updates to these inspiring multi-effects include much improved preset handling, more presets (192 per plugin) as well as many other minor improvements and bug fixes. The update is free to all registered users. If you've yet to become phat and spaced, head over to www.camelaudio.com and check out the free demos and MP3s. New in this version: - up/down preset buttons added - drop down preset selector available - additional 64 presets (a total of 196) - improved and updated manual - fewer artifacts when switching presets - lower CPU usage - bug fixes: MIDI control, AU host sync, graphic update problems, right click issues, denormal issues..
