Sample Loops Up For Grabs

Smart Loops and DigiFreq have announced that together they are sponsoring the Smart Loops Sample Loops giveaway contest. Three lucky winners will each win one of the following prizes:
  • First Prize winner gets one copy of each of the following: Pro Drum Works 1 and Pro Drum Works 2.
  • Second Prize winner gets one copy of Pro Drum Works 1.
  • Third Prize winner gets one Hit Tracks collection of their choice.
Pro Drum Works is claimed to be the most comprehensive drum loop library available today. This two-volume collection provides over 18,000 total loops and samples in straight-feel and shuffle-feel grooves, performed live on three separate drum kits. Create realistic, professional-quality drum tracks for virtually any rock, pop or country song.
SL Hit Tracks are now available in Apple Loops and ACID formats. These downloadable loop packs recreate the live drum performances of hit songs from artists like Blondie, The B52's, Aretha Franklin, Grand Funk, KISS, Led Zeppelin, Spacehog, Sublime, Van Halen, Van Morrison, The Who, and others.
Music technology users who would like the chance to win a Smart Loops Sample Loop package can sign-up at the DigiFreq web site: The only information users need to provide is their e-mail address, which will be kept completely confidential. The following rules apply: One entry per person. Must be 13 years or older. No geographical restrictions.
The Smart Loops Sample Loop giveaway contest will run until September 30, 2006. Winners will be chosen shortly thereafter, and notified via e-mail. The list of winners will be announced in the October issue of the DigiFreq newsletter.
