If you are curious to see Mozart’s Requiem played by 8 digital guitars and a choir check out the video of the Mini-Midi-Magic Orchestra under the direction of David Bowie Guitarist Carlos Alomar and Bethany Reeves.
The video documentary shows rehearsals for a show that was part of the Stevens Institute Of Technology Department of Art, Music & Technology Showcase. The performance featured students playing Brian Moore iGuitars with sounds from Roland synths. You get to see portions of two rehearsals, one for the jazz standard ‘Killer Joe’ (made famous by Quincy Jones) and the other for the Mozart piece.
