The irrepressible toy bending techno punk Kid Carpet releases a new album Casio Royale at the end of June.
His usual pre-release publicity stunts include a DJ set from the roof of the Golden Lion, Gloucester Road in Bristol on Saturday June 28.
He will also be busking at Tottenham Court Road tube station on Wednesday July 2 (around 4.00-ish) and performing on the roof of Sunday Best Records later that day.

He’ll be joined by Rob Da Bank and new Sunday Best signing Lucky Elephant at The Fly on New Oxford Street later on that night. See link for tickets.

In my opinion, you can’t beat him at his impudent best with 2005’s Carrier Bag(below). Possibly the best choon ever recorded about a polyethylene shopping aid.
