141 Tiny Terror Combo Amps Stolen in Raid on UK HQ      20/08/08

Orange Crushed
Tiny Terror Combo

Over the last weekend, thieves broke into the Essex headquarters of legendary Brit guitar amp makers Orange and made off with a freshly-delivered consignment of their latest creation, the Tiny Terror Combo.

It was quite a haul - 141 bright orange amplifiers were taken; Orange have only shipped 121 of the Tiny Terror Combos to date, so there's a lot of people on waiting lists who will be pretty sore about that.

Orange Amp UK clinician Rob Chapman was asked by the company to spread the word through this video posted on YouTube.

So, if you're offered a deal in a pub on a 'nice little orange guitar amp'... think twice - there's gonna be a legion of Orange fans on the lookout, and these babies are hard to miss! In fact, thinking about it... if you're gonna steal a large container-load of items... a pretty bulky, bright orange, rare as hen's teeth, hot topic item is probably one of the more stupid choices you could make. Let's hope the thieves have plenty of time to regret that sat in jail. More info and a full list of the missing amps' Serial Numbers can be found at the orange website.
