WNAMM10: Akai's Synth Station App

Latest iPhone & iTouch App From Akai      16/01/10

No flash plug

This is a great little music production app for the iPhone and iTouch. It's Akai's  SynthStation.

Oh, and by the way. We're hugely indebted to the lovely Autumn for giving us an unintensional giggle with her slip of the tongue, "molyphonic".
(OK, we're tired and pretty emotional, but you gotta admit that's a lovely corker?).

"It's Shiny..." "...And it's battery-operated" What more could one ask when docking their iPod Touch?

Seriously, though, looks good. Apparently someone did bash the key the first morning, but seems to be the same quality as their mini-keyboard. Kudos to Akai for leading the way on this. About time.

"(A)Pete Said... Yes, other apps will be able to use this."

Is this factual? Akai fails to mention this in their product description...

They said they will be releasing the code so other people can use the function, but it probably won't work by default.

Really curious when the synthstation application is going to hit the app store. Nothing seems to be showing up.
