Another treat from the Analogue Haven booth in the form of the Make Noise  modules.

New modules are the Pressure Point CV - touch to CV out and the Renee (after DesCartes) sequencer - which is a prototype.

I don't like the patches and he could have picked better for the demo but those two new modules are just insane...

When I was at the University 25 years ago, some kind of this gear was already out-of-date.

Oooh please, come on, what's going on now, we are in 2010, not in 1970, when are they're going to re-invent the wheel ???

Yes, the touch plates are a very old idea off the Buchla 100 Series but anyone using any of the Eurorack, Doepfer or other modules will attest to the usefulness of simple touch plates to send triggers, pressure and some set voltages...
