We were fortunate enough to get a personal demonstration and chat with BT himself, one of the founders of the stutter edit. This product is the result of a collaboration with iZotope and is the result of several years of work from BT. iZotope bringining their considerable experience in software and audio development to make something pretty unique.

I downloaded the demo, installed, and when i tried to open live it crashed. on osx 10.5.8. not sure what bt means by stability.

Yeah looks like a lite version of Twisted Tools buffeater. What's he mean by first of it's kind? There is a number of plugs just like this available.
