WNAMM11: Manley MicMaid Precision Switcher

Quickly compare mic and preamp combinations      26/01/11

No flash plug

   QuickTime (MP4)  | iOS MP4
4:9 mins

Okay, lets call this a niche product, but somewhere out there people want to quickly switch between mic and preamp combinations with level matching for the best listening tests. The Manley MicMaid does this with a 4x4 matrix of mic sources and preamp desitnations. Each destination can be level match so that switching will maintain a constant level.

Quite a useful peice of gear if you happen to regularly test opr compare mic/preamp combinations, mind you, you'll really need to do it often as this peice of boutique electronics is gonna cost you around $3.5k
