Cakewalk Announces SoundCloud Integration

Cakewalk has announced integration of SoundCloud sharing in Cakewalk recording software.
The company say that SoundCloud sharing in Cakewalk applications provides users with a simple way to upload their music to SoundCloud and share their tracks with the world via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and other websites.
SoundCloud sharing capability is now available via the SONAR X1 Producer Expanded upgrade, as part of the SONAR X1 Production Suite, and Music Creator 6, the easiest and most affordable way to create music on your home PC. Cakewalk will announce the availability of SoundCloud sharing functionality in additional recording products in the coming months.
Robin Kelly, Cakewalk's Vice President of Sales & Marketing, told us, "Cakewalk is very excited to integrate SoundCloud sharing in Cakewalk products. Novice and professional musicians alike want to share their music with the world and get feedback on their work. SoundCloud offers the perfect tools for sharing music anywhere on the web. We look forward to enhancing our entire range of products with SoundCloud and make it easier for our users to share their sounds with the world."
Alexander Ljung, SoundCloud founder & CEO, had this to say, "SoundCloud is all about making sound creation more social, and for music creators it brings great value to be able to get feedback on their tracks. Cakewalk products make it easy for new artists to find their voice, and we're happy to be the open platform from which they can truly project their work to the world."
