LZX Industries make synth modules but with a difference, they operate on video signals rather than audio. Many of the terms and routings share similarities with audio modular synths. This technology is probably mostly familiar to those of you that are remember psychedelic analog video effects from a the 1970s and 80s when this sort of technology was really only available to people who worked in TV studios with massively expensive equipment.

I've been drooling over this stuff for a while now. In my cashless state, I've taken to finding old 80s analog video processing units instead. You don't get anything as basic as lfos, but sometimes you do find spots in these units that you can circuit bend to get some similar things happening. I do visuals for shows and see this being used for that purpose mostly.
