Since dubstep has exploded in popularity around the world, its modest roots in London have all but been left behind. The experimental garage-based sound has been overtaken in popularity by its heavier (and more abrasive) little brother, dubstep 2.0!
But the original sound lives on, if you look in the right places, and this video is a humorous attempt at explaining how dubstep was born. You never know, it might just have happened exactly like it does in the video above... simply titled 'The Origin of Dubstep' and uploaded by Kollektivet.
