MESSE13: Novation Bass Station II Preview

We get an engineering preview      09/04/13

   QuickTime (MP4)  | iOS MP4
6:45 mins

Big story yesterday was the announcement that Novation had reincarnated the Bass Station II classic mono synth from their early days. The new Bass Station II is shown for the first time at Musik Messe 2013. We used our cunning to sneak about before the show opened and got a look at one of only two in the world.

I must stress that this unit was still awaiting firmware updates, and is not fully functional, though the hardware and layout are set. So please don't be too disappointed that we couldn't bring you lots of demo sounds. Hopefully, there will be a firmware build tonight, and we can get some more audio tomorrow.

Available in the Summer/
