New Behringer USB And FireWire Audio Interface

BEHRINGER's all-new FIREPOWER FCA610 audio recording interface is now shipping. They say that, with its low-latency USB or FireWire operation, 6 In/10 Out architecture and 2 highly acclaimed MIDAS-design mic preamps, the FCA610 is the ideal tool for recording musicians who record/edit on their laptops. Powered by FireWire or the included power supply, the FCA610 supports most popular analog and digital formats including MIDI, in a space-saving half-rack form factor. Behringer tells us that powerful 24-Bit/96 kHz A/D-D/A Cirrus Logic reference-class converters ensure pristine recorded performances.

Asked about the FCA610, Christian Stahl, Manager Marketing Communications at MUSIC Group told us, "We're excited to share innovative recording products, such as the FCA610, which feature many of the same technologies found in our ground-breaking X32."

Pricing and Availability:

The BEHRINGER FCA610 is available from authorized retail outlets at a street price of $199.99 USD ($299.99 MSRP). Customers who register their FCA610 can download the unrestricted version of TRACKTION 4 Audio Production Software free of charge.
