Cloud storage is all the rage these days, most people use Dropbox or Google Drive or whatever, but Gobbler does a lot more. It also scans and manages your project files from the DAW (most major ones are supported) and ensures that no assets get left behind. Its a cunning piece of IT management that frankly most musicians would rather leave to the experts.

These days most computer musicians end up doing a lot of IT work which doesnt get the girls swooning, not a particularly sexy aspect of DAW work at all.

Gobbler also now have an iOS API which means that app developers can  directly include cloud backup support into the app, making transfer between devices a much smoother process.

Gobbler works on the fremium model, the first 5GB are free, you then pay for as much as you need after that.

We snaffled a free code from then - you'll need to watch the video to get it.
