MESSE 2014: Akai Rhythm Wolf Analog Beats n Bass

Sweet rhythm and tweakery      12/03/14

   QuickTime (MP4)  | iOS MP4
5:19 mins

Big news, and rather unexpected, but here's Dan Gill showing us the Akai Rhythm Wolf Analog Drum machine. Sadly it's not making any noise right now due to a fride board - they only have two of these anywhere in the world, but demos coming soon.

Gonna be cheap - $199 is pretty hard to beleive. Available as soon as June apparently.

First drum machine I've been interested in for over 20 years. Nice price.

I really don't get why all the new drum machines lack a song write mode

For $200 I almost don't care what it sounds like, it's so cheap I want it already. I love changing the end caps being a "mod"... Personally I love a mono output, so much easier to torment the signal with stomp boxes.
