Just back from the Modular Meets Leeds which was great fun - (run by DivKid), where we streamed the performances from artists there - though bandwidth issues did come into play - apologies for that, however, we have the Vile Electrodes performance here in its non bandwidth throttled version. They were the first artists ever (as far as we know), to use the Behringer DeepMind 12 in a live situation - having been involved with the epic teaser campaign. Indeed the venue of LMM16 is just down the road from Midas labs in Manchester where the synthesizer was developed. Behringer took a booth there and many people got their hands on a prototype of the new synth, guided by several of the Midas development engineers themselves.

We also spoke to the Viles after they came off stage. We have more to come, including a chat with one of the developers of the DM12, plus other performances too.

Vile Electrodes have an album out in September - more information at VileElectrodes.com
