Fractals are a subset of Euclidean space which are often visualized - but what do they sound like? Luckily, youtuber CodeParade has not only experimented with this idea, he's gone as far as making a free program to try out the sounds for yourself! In the video he goes over how fractals are produced and seeks to generate sounds from a number of amazing fractals - all of which can be played in the software.
Our personal favorite fractal is the Burning Ship fractal, which sounds like a 356k modem from another world. He's made the source code available here and a full list of controls for the software can be found on the download page.
