SNAMM03: Numark Turntable Plays CDs
Wicka, wicka, wicka - CD player

This large shiny turntable is actually a CD deck. Decks for the CD DJ usually feature a small decklike surface about the size of a CD for cueing, scratching and other vinyl effects. In Numarks opinion this has never quite hit the mark, unable to bridge the gap between CD and vinyl. According to them, the new CDX-1 does. It features a full size, weighted platter complete with vinyl and slipmat for authentic control of your CD. The CDX- also plays MP3 files offering the same degree of control, so you could fit your entire set on one disc and travel really light. Features
