Later this year, the team plan to work on an industrially manufactured Reactable which will bring the price down to a more affordable point - well I say affordable - Reactable's Martin suggested it would be within the reach of those who might buy a piano - not sure if that was an upright from an auction or a Yamaha C3....
We got a rare chance to actually see one in the flesh at MESSE this year and also to have a chat with it's inventors.

Still one of the most amazing concepts I have ever seen. The wave drawing with the finger is a new thing I believe, very cool! Interesting thing is, with touch screens becoming ever more present I wonder when this functionality becomes available on cheaper platforms. I'd love to see their concept as a plugin/standalone software synth; they have thought very well about how to operate such a thing.

Wow.Here's a way to spend beaucoup bucks to get what appears to be the functionality of a glorified mini-moog. All I see is a cool and glitzy interface on a very basic digital synth. Where's the excitement?
