Yes I think it was - classic ladies purse firearm. And it was a Xenyx desk -we have one of those - I used it for quite some time - not the quietest in the world, but good features for the $$$.
Its funny kind of, but in terms of brand association - "jerks like him use Behringer" is perhaps not the best message to be sending out there
