Spectral Multiband Resonator is a bit of a mouthful, if you said that to any normal human being I'm pretty sure they would have no idea what you were talking about. But then modular manufacturers and their users aren't normal human beings, which is why they can come up with exciting modules that don't just do normal synthesizer functions.

This is the reason why the Eurorack world has, in my opinion, exploded over the last 5 years. Young people are so used to using exciting plugins that the reissues or analogue replicas just don't satisfy a lust for creative products.
